Transformation Paths |

What do I do?

I’m a transformation facilitator – I help people achieve freedom from unwanted patterns using a bespoke combination of therapeutic techniques.

In other words, I work with people who want to change their circumstances, and I support them in finding their own way through whatever is standing between them and the fulfilling life they want to live. Along the way, people change old, no-longer useful patterns, recognise unhealthy habits, reconnect and make friends with the joyful, more content, version of themselves that was hiding in plain sight all along.

How do I do that?

Everything I do comes from a transpersonal perspective.

Transpersonal psychology considers all aspects of our being (spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and creative) as equally important in the process of healing and growth.

In practice that means I draw on the skills and techniques that I have learned from my training as a clinical hypnotherapist and Bach Flower Remedy practitioner to create a safe environment where we can enhance your inner capacities to help you overcome any obstacle you may be facing.

My deep interest and studies of Numerology and the Tarot add on to the vast number of permutations I can offer to create a deeply empowering experience for each and every one my clients.

On a practical level, as a client, this means that it doesn’t matter where we start, together we’ll find the path that’s exactly right for you and leads you where you want to go.

My work is built on the conviction that every facet of our inner and outer world (spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and creative) has to be equally addressed and valued in the process of healing and growth. Creating a safe, clear space for all those aspects to flourish is the first step on the path of realising our potential and rediscovering our inner sunshine.

Working with children and families

My work with children and their families focuses on the achievement of the emotional balance needed to foster and support healthy development, growth and self expression.

From aggressiveness to social anxiety, from lack of concentration to inexplicable fears, our children can sometimes go through challenging phases in their life.

Working together, with the child and with the family, we will focus on restoring emotional harmony, balance and self-confidence, turning a bumpy road into a smoother path.

Working with adults

In my work with adults, I specialise in helping motivated individuals break undesirable patterns and create lasting change in order to build and maintain a happier relationship with themselves and with others.

What are my qualifications?

I have a Diploma from Hypnotherapy Training International with whom I trained in Clinical, Analytical and Medical Hypnotherapy. I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and accredited  by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

I am a fully qualified Bach Flower Remedy practitioner registered with the Bach Centre.

I completed the two-year transpersonal psychology course “A transpersonal dimension” with Hazel Marshall at Rock Bank Transpersonal Centre.

I continue to deepen and refresh my knowledge and skills through constant research, and regular CPD and peer supervision in all these fields.
