A multitalented Transformation Facilitator, Stefania Trudu trained as a hypnotherapist at Dr John Butler's Hypnotherapy Training International in London and as a Bach Flower practitioner with Tessa Jordan from the Bach Centre in Oxfordshire. She studied numerology with Richard Abbot and the application of tarot symbolism to individual work with Jungian sychotherapist Debby Winterbourne. An avid quilter, she's been teaching Quilting for Self development since 2020. After 15 years in London, Stefania now lives and works between her native Sardinia and the UK.
